Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms govern purchases at www.skycultureone.com. The seller is Sky Culture One, operated by Piotr Gubernat, NIP (Polish tax ID): 6612099228, business correspondence address: Składkowskiego 3, 02-497 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: shop@skycultureone.com, +48 500 141 647 or our Contact form. The logistical destination for goods returned is supplied individually. Mandatory consumer law prevails over these terms.

1. Products and sizes

We offer aviation-inspired apparel produced on demand by fulfilment partners, including Printful. Product descriptions, size guides, selected variants and prices shown before payment form the order information. Colors can differ slightly between screens. Compare measurements with clothing you own. Choosing an unsuitable size is not a manufacturing defect and we do not offer complimentary size exchanges. This does not remove statutory withdrawal rights.

2. Orders and payment

Add products to the cart, enter accurate details, review the order including delivery and taxes, choose an available payment method and use the final button clearly indicating the obligation to pay. An order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. We confirm the order by email; if it cannot be performed, we notify you promptly and provide the remedy required by law, including repayment where due. Mandatory contract-formation rules apply.

3. Prices, taxes and delivery

The currency, product prices and applicable charges are shown before payment. Taxes and any import obligations are collected or disclosed as required by law. Orders may ship in separate parcels from different countries. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless agreed otherwise; mandatory deadlines and delay remedies remain unaffected. See Shipping & Delivery.

4. Changes and cancellation

Production may start shortly after ordering. Contact us promptly if you need a change; operational changes may not be possible after production begins. This does not limit statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, including notice before delivery. You may use the Contact form, email or customer account.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Eligible consumers may withdraw without giving a reason, normally within 14 days from receipt of the last item in an order in the EU. On-demand production alone does not exclude standard designs. For non-defective items, the buyer pays direct return postage if informed before purchase, unless law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee for statutory withdrawal. International return postage may be substantial. The procedure, refund deadline and optional withdrawal form are in Returns & Refunds. No prior approval or customer account is required to exercise a statutory right.

6. Complaints and non-conformity

The seller remains responsible to customers, regardless of the fulfilment partner. Contact us by form, email, phone or the business correspondence address with a description of the issue and, if available, the order number and requested remedy. Photos can assist but are not an absolute condition for legal claims. We provide legally required repair, replacement, price reduction or refund at the required cost allocation. For Polish consumer sales, liability for lack of conformity generally covers two years from delivery and consumer complaints receive a response within 14 days where required. Printful's supplier deadlines do not shorten statutory rights.

7. Store services and intellectual property

Browsing, the cart, contact form and customer account require an internet connection, a current browser and, for order or account messages, a working email address. Customer accounts are optional for purchases; you may request closure through Contact, subject to legal retention duties. Do not provide unlawful content or interfere with the store. Store images, artwork, text and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis.

8. Personal data

See our Privacy Policy. A purchase or contact enquiry does not by itself constitute marketing consent.

9. Law and disputes

Polish law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence or legal remedies. You may seek help from a consumer ombudsman or an appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body. Participation in an optional out-of-court procedure is considered individually unless law requires otherwise; statutory rights to court proceedings remain unaffected.

10. Updates

Changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively remove rights under existing contracts. The English and Polish versions describe the same policy; mandatory consumer law governs any inconsistency. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms applicable to an order.
